Foam Roller Workouts
A new 20-minute workout video each week for 10 weeks. You can stream the videos on any device, anywhere. That’s over 3 hours of premium content. These workouts use the foam roller and can be done at home, at the gym, in a hotel room or even at work. Week 1:
The Breath of Life Workout
This session is all about deepening your breath, enhancing your body awareness, relaxing your shoulders, releasing tension and connecting to your core. One of the immediate benefits is that you will probably feel about an inch taller!
Week 2:
The Get Grounded Workout
This session is all about getting grounded, connecting to your feet accessing mobility in the ankles, the shins and the calves. This will allow you to access your core and stand up taller and feel more youthful.

Session five is all about strengthening your glutes and hips, lifting your toosh and giving you a smiling booty.

Session seven is about the pelvic floor and inner thighs. This is a huge area where we tend to hold stress and tension. Connecting to this area allows us to connect to our deeper core, stand up taller and feel more youthful.

Session eight is the flat belly session! It's all about giving you a deeper connection to your core.

The What's Holding You Back Workout
Session nine is all about what's holding you back? Physically it's about melting away those muffin tops!

In the final session of the series we focus on the neck and shoulders. It's an area where we hold so much stress and tension. This session will help you get out of your head and get into your body.

What makes the TSY Transformation unique and who is the program for?
The program is unique because it’s not only about fitness and nutrition; it’s also about cleansing, restoring and finding alignment in your body and in your life. What I've seen is that when my clients bring their body in harmony, they also experience dramatic changes in other aspects of their lives, so what begins as a transformation in one area, ends up transforming their entire lives.
What will I learn in the TSY Transformation?
You’ll learn about your body and the role that fascia and alignment play in your health and well-being. You'll learn how to move and listen to your body. You'll learn how to cleanse and detoxify your entire system. And you'll learn about the healing and beautifying ‘Fascia Foods' and how to cook them with some fun, simple and delicious recipes that your whole family will love.
How long does it take to complete the TSY Transformation?
The program is 10 weeks long, and during that time I'm going to ask you to commit some time each day to this. During the first three weeks of the Program, you'll be following the Meal Plan with the Fascia Food recipes, and you've also got the option of following the Detox Flush protocol. This plus the roller workouts 3 days a week and the walking or rebounding on the other 3 days a week will take you roughly an hour a day, 6 days a week. From Week 4 to Week 10, you don't need to follow the Detox Flush protocol so the Program will take you roughly 20-40 minutes a day.
How am I supported during the TSY Transformation?
The materials you receive should provide you with everything you need for a successful Transformation. But don't worry – if you need help I'm here for you! The primary way we communicate will be through the private Aligned Life Collective community. You can ask questions there, and I will be checking in regularly to provide assistance to you.
Is there any special dietary philosophy in the Fascia Foods Meal Plan – what if I am a vegetarian?
This Plan is basically a blend of the best of a Mediterranean diet and a Paleo diet and is packed full of healing and nutritious proteins, fats, and fiber. I've thoroughly researched and tested what diets get fantastic results for weight loss, longevity, and overall health, and have cherry-picked the best parts of these diets for this Plan. With an added focus on what I call ‘Fascia Foods,' these recipes use the healthiest ingredients in the tastiest ways so that you'll feel satisfied and full of energy as you begin to look taller, slimmer, and younger.
This Plan is based on an omnivorous diet so animal protein and dairy are included, but the focus is on eating less meat and more greens and beans. Animal products are included in the Plan because of the health benefits they offer. But where they are added, portion sizes should remain small compared to the portions of veggies. If you are vegetarian, please feel free to substitute whole food high protein choices such as beans and legumes for the animal products suggested in the recipes. I have massive respect for all vegetarians – in fact, I was vegetarian for over 20 years! But I found when I was pregnant I had issues with anemia, and I found that eating meat helped. If you are going to eat meat, as with any animal product, please source it responsibly and be aware of the choices you are making.

What equipment do I need?
All you need is a foam roller and if you're up for it a rebounder. Personally, I suggest just starting with a foam roller which is why I based the program around foam rolling.
